About Me

After working for the last few years in Park City and Heber, I arrived at the point in my massage career where I was ready to venture out on my own and create a bodywork practice that was uniquely mine. While I very much enjoyed the spa setting for its convenience and opportunity, I started to feel that my work was meant to take on a slightly different objective: More focused on healing, teaching and personal growth, and in a setting that was accessible to all. This is the next step on my own path to success.

The Lotus is a symbol of purity, rebirth, and spiritual awakening. The lotus flower blooms proudly and unapologetically in muddy waters, giving it the special meaning and significance of rising above difficult challenges toward enlightenment and self-regeneration. In addition, the red lotus is traditionally known to represent love, compassion and generosity.

Fire is the element of transformation, passion, ambition, and creativity. But the flame also represents love, inspiration, determination, and the bright light we each have within us to share with others. When fire is tended with care and competence, it is a tool that provides warmth, protection and change for those who seek something better.

Fire Lotus encompasses all of these meanings and more. To me, Fire Lotus represents my personal spiritual journey, but more importantly, it fully embodies the intention I put into my work. My purpose has always been to guide, inspire and support those searching for healing to learn to heal themselves, to rise out of the muddy, dark waters into a beautiful, powerful, and radiant blossom of light.
